Challenge
Zacatecas (Mexico) faces an information ecosystem increasingly vulnerable to the spread of disinformation, especially on social media and digital platforms. Citizens lack accessible tools to identify signs of misleading content, verify sources, or compare news with official information. This situation affects public trust, hinders decision-making, and weakens social cohesion.
Solution
A Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) tool that functions as a verification assistant for citizens, capable of analyzing texts or URLs and offering three key results: Identification of disinformation signals (red flags), practical recommendations for verifying information, and access to related content and comparison with official information.
